Writing a Follow-Up Letter

Within 24 hours of the interview, it is recommended that you write a follow-up letter. The letter is usually 3 paragraphs in length and contains the following:

  1. A thank you to the employer for their time and consideration.
  2. A reiteration of your qualifications that match what is most important.
  3. A closing saying that you look forward to hearing from them.
